Beeson Hall East-West
Up to 376 Seated | 500 Reception Guests
Beeson Hall East–West is The Harbert Center’s largest and most versatile event space, ideal for hosting meetings, galas, awards presentations, and nonprofit fundraisers, as well as elegant wedding receptions. With seating for up to 376 guests or 500 for a reception-style event, the space comfortably accommodates both formal and large-scale gatherings.
Designed for seamless execution, Beeson Hall East–West features in-house audiovisual capabilities, an elevated stage, and a dedicated dance floor, making it well-suited for seated breakfasts, luncheons, dinners, and high-impact presentations. Its flexibility and built-in amenities allow events to flow effortlessly from program to celebration, all within a refined and professional setting.

Bruno Hall
Up to 80 Reception | Multiple Seating Configurations
Located on the second floor, Bruno Hall is an ideal setting for small gatherings, board meetings, seminars, and breakout sessions. The space accommodates up to 64 guests seated, 50 classroom-style, 75 theater-style, 24 in a U-shape, or 80 guests for a reception, offering flexibility for a variety of meeting formats.
Bruno Hall is equipped with a ceiling-mounted screen and projector, supporting smooth presentations and productive sessions. Its intimate scale and professional amenities make it a popular choice for focused meetings, training sessions, or as a complementary breakout space alongside larger events.

Dunn/French Library
Up to 60 Reception | Multiple Seating Configurations
Located on the second floor, Dunn–French Library offers an intimate and refined setting ideal for business luncheons, board meetings, seminars, and small receptions. The space accommodates up to 40 guests seated, 32 classroom-style, 60 theater-style, 18 in a U-shape, or 60 guests for a reception, providing flexibility for both professional and social gatherings.
The room’s warm character features a faux fireplace framed by mahogany bookcases, creating an elegant backdrop for meetings or cocktail-style events. A wet bar allows for convenient coffee service or cocktail receptions, while complimentary Wi-Fi, a ceiling-mounted screen, and a 4,000-lumen WXGA projector support seamless presentations in a polished, inviting environment.

The Atrium
Up to 200 Reception | Multiple Seating Configurations
Located on the first floor of The Harbert Center, the sky-lit Atrium provides a striking backdrop for cocktail hours, receptions, and social gatherings. The space accommodates up to 80 guests seated, 140 theater-style, or 200 guests for a reception, making it an ideal option for both standalone events and pre-function gatherings.
A signature feature of the Atrium is its chrome and glass spiral staircase, a dramatic architectural focal point frequently used for photo opportunities and grand entrances. Additional amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, a ceiling-mounted screen, and a 3,300-lumen LCD projector, allowing the space to transition seamlessly from presentation to celebration.
