Offered only for receptions ending by 4 pm. Package includes 90 minute service time.

Package includes 90 minute service time.

Wedding Dinner Buffet – $26 per person
While waiting for the Bride & Groom to arrive to the reception, guests are served a complimentary glass of punch and light Hors d’Oeuvres. The Harbert Center staff will then serve the wedding party at their seats, and the guests from the buffet.

Bar Service Options

*One bartender is included with each bar
*Bar services will end thirty minutes prior to conclusion of event
*One bar per 100 guests is required
*A $75 bar service fee will be applied. Fee is refunded if a minimum of $250 beverage sales is reached
*A $50 cashier fee will be charged per bar

Limited Host Bar

  • The costs for bar services and drinks are paid for by the event host. The host can set a hard limit on cost, beyond which all beverages have to be paid for by attendees. The host can specify that specific beverages, such as wines and beers, are paid for by the host, and that attendees pay for all other types of drinks. The host can set a time limit, beyond which it reverts to being a cash bar. Advanced payment for services or a credit card may be required.

Cash Bar

  • Bar services and drinks will be made available for guests at their own expense. Only cash payments are accepted; no credit cards. The host client will pay applicable service fees (i.e. cashier fee and bar service fee) to set-up.
