Our Facility
Featuring contemporary architectural design, our multi-level facility can be arranged to accommodate a number of setup requirements including dining areas with seating capacities for 10 to 500 people. Reception areas can accommodate up to 1,000 people, and our meeting facilities will also seat 10 to 500 people. Beyond The Harbert Center front doors youíll enter our large three-story sky-lit atrium. The atrium is perfect for receptions, weddings and seated dining. The prominent spiral staircase leading to the second floor features polished chrome railings and is a favorite spot for tossing the bridal bouquet. |
“We designed The Harbert Center so
people could experience the building as
they come and go. As they enter from the
outside, the lobby and atrium serve as an
interior street. A series of skylights
further brings the outside in and follows
guests all the way to the top floor.” Charles A. Moss, Jr., AIA The Harbert Center |
The rooms on the second floor offer versatility and intimacy for small events. The paneled Dunn French
Library is suitable for small groups and can be arranged for seated dining, board meetings, classroom or
seminar seating. Small receptions and weddings can be held in this area as well. The library can also be
used together with the adjoining terrace featuring comfortable seating and reception areas. With an
entire wall of glass overlooking the atrium, Bruno Hall is perfect for seated dining, seminars, meetings
and more. To accommodate larger groups, the entire second floor can be reserved allowing guests to
move conveniently from room to room.
Our large ballroom is located on the third floor. Beeson Hall is a favorite location for seated breakfasts,
luncheons and dinners, wedding receptions, proms and much, much more. Beeson Hall features two
seating levels, a stage, dance floor and projection booth with a variety of audiovisual capabilities.
Beeson Hall can be divided into three separate rooms or used together to create a beautiful space that
will accommodate up to 500 people for a seated dinner. The gathering area outside Beeson Hall is
perfect for pre-event festivities and can also be used alone for small receptions.
