Bar Service Options

Limited Host Bar
  • The costs for bar services and drinks are paid for by the event host. The host can set a hard limit on cost, beyond which all beverages have to be paid for by attendees. The host can specify that specific beverages, such as wines and beers, are paid for by the host, and that attendees pay for all other types of drinks. The host can set a time limit, beyond which it reverts to being a cash bar. Advanced payment for services or a credit card may be required.
Cash Bar
  • Bar services and drinks will be made available for guests at their own expense. Only cash payments are accepted; no credit cards. The host client will pay applicable service fees (i.e. cashier fee and bar service fee) to set-up.

*One bartender is included with each bar
*Bar services will end thirty minutes prior to conclusion of event
*All liquor drinks contain 1 ½ ounce of alcohol
*One bar per 100 guests is required
*A $75 bar service fee will be applied.
Fee is refunded if a minimum of $250 beverage sales (pre-tax and service charge) is reached
*A $50 cashier fee will be charged per bar

  • Wine, Beer, Juice and Soft Drinks - $8.00 per person
  • Signature Cocktail with Wine, Beer, Juice and Soft Drinks - $9.00 per person
  • Full Bar with House Brands - $10.00 per person
  • Full Bar with Premium Brands - $11.00 per person

* Beverage Packages served for 90 minutes and do not include special toasts
*Requires a minimum of 50 guests to order

All food and beverage prices are subject to 20% service charge and 10% sales tax
